Room Rates                                            

• Check-in Time is officially 3:00pm
  
• Check-out Time is 12:00 noon.
  
• Guests are required to produce a valid credit card upon check-in, which will be authorized for the estimated expenses incurred by the guest based on their length of stay. Individual Guests are responsible for all guestroom charges.
  
• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to date of arrival.

Reservations

Each individual guest should make his/her own reservation by calling the Hotel reservations Department at 800-325-3535 or online at http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/NSEANEASEA08. Refer to NSEA Conference when making your reservation.   All individual reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night's room deposit. 

Reservations not canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival will be billed the first night's room rate. 

Airport/Ground Transportation Information

The Ground Transportation System at the Airport is an extensive network of taxicab, car rental, shuttle-bus, limousine, and van operations working to get you where you want to go in a safe, courteous and efficient manner. In addition, the Airport also offers SEPTA bus and regional rail service to Downtown Philadelphia and points in between.

• Hotel Airport Shuttle: When arriving at the airport, proceed to the Shuttle Desk, and request being taken to the Sheraton Society Hill. The cost of the shuttle is $8.00 per person, and takes approximately 30 minutes. If you intend to take the shuttle service, it is recommended that you call the Sheraton ahead of time so they can prepare for your arrival.
  Road Map and driving directions to PHL: Take Interstate 95 North to Exit 20 (Columbus Boulevard). Turn left at the traffic light onto Columbus. Turn left turn at the sixth light, for Dock Street. Turn right at the stop sign. The hotel is on the right-hand side.
  
• SEPTA CCT: From the airport, take the Regional Rail R1 train (departs from the airport every half-hour from 5:30 a.m.-11:25 p.m.) to the 30th Street Station (7th stop). Then you must exit the train station and take the Market-Frankford Line subway (direction towards Frankford Terminal) to 2nd Street. The Sheraton Society Hill Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station. Go south on 2nd Street (with the flow of traffic) and turn left at Dock Street. The fare is $5.50 with a Daypass, which includes unlimited riding for one day on any SEPTA subway, trolley, commuter train, and bus. 
  
• Taxi Service: A taxi ride will cost approximately $26 from the airport to the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel. Tips are expected and usually given at 15% of the fare. The three largest cab services are as follows:
