NSEA encourages each institution to offer a Student Employee of the Year competition to
recognize excellence of student employees. With the help of a grant from the United Parcel Service (UPS), NSEA is pleased to offer financial assistance to institutions who wish to establish an SEOTY competition and celebration on their campus, but lack the necessary funding to do so. The UPS SEOTY Grant will help cover the cost of running the competition and a cash award for the student winner.
